Woman Arrested for Prostitution had Hundreds of Clients

According to the Eagle Tribune, police officers, firefighters and a city councilor were all clients.

A Salem woman known to her workers as "Nina" allegedly had those employees service hundreds of clients at a day spa suspected of prostitution in Lawrence, Mass., according to the Eagle Tribune.

The report says that Lori Barron, 50, had her workers service everyone from police and fire officials to a city councilor. She also employed girls as young as 17 at her spa, called "Day Spa for Gentlemen."

Further, a Methuen attorney – Thomas Torrisi – who publicly defended Barron when she was arrested in May 2011 for running a similar spa in Salem, was named in court papers as one of her clients. He denied the allegation in the Eagle Tribune report.
