Woman Reports People Threatening to Kill Her Family

3:45 a.m. Subject from Floral Ave. in the lobby saying she is being harassed and threatened by subjects who know her son. Stated they came to the house and ran around it tonight saying that they were going to kill the family.
11:04 a.m. Sandy Mariela Ortiz-Rivas, 22, of 62 Kendall St. Apt. 1 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with theft by deception. Bailed at $500 personal recognizance.

11:15 a.m. Jeffrey D. Garabedian, 21, of 75 S. Policy St. Apt. 46 in Salem. N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment – theft.
11:32 a.m. Matthew P. Pacini, 25, of 15 Dean Ave. in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a bench warrant at the Salem Police Department. Bailed at $5,000 personal recognizance.
1:08 p.m. Carlos A. Vega, 47, of 164 Tenney St. Apt. 1 in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Home Depot on 289 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft.
3:44 p.m. Caller on Lake Street reporting a health aid is refusing to let her brother see his grandparents. Subject will be on her way, aunt has restraining order on the child prohibiting him from seeing his grandmother.
