Invitation to Christmas Dinner
Reservations are now being taken for the Hope Ministries annual Christmas Dinner at the United Methodist Church in Gilford on December 25 at 12:30 pm. Continuing a decades-old holiday tradition in the Lakes Region, Hope Ministries of the First United Methodist Church, in partnership with the Laconia Rod and Gun Club and the United Baptist Church – Lakeport offer this dinner free of charge.
The dinner is for anyone who wants to share a part of their Christmas Day with others. All are welcome. The doors of the Church will open at 12:30 for fellowship and appetizers. At 1:00 p.m. dinner will be served in the church’s Fellowship Hall, featuring baked ham, vegetables, rolls and homemade desserts.
There is no charge for the meal, but reservations are required by December 18th. Please call the church office at (603) 524-3289. If leaving a message, include last name, phone number and the number in your party. Church office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
