2012 Tax Rate Set for Windham
The New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration finalized the rate on Wednesday.

The New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration has issued the 2012 tax rate for the town of Windham, with residents seeing a slight decrease from the 2011 rate.
The 2012 rate is $23.05/thousand, a tiny downtick from the $23.08/thousand total last year.
This means that a $250,000 home in Windham will pay $5,762.50 compared to the $5,770 paid last year.

Town Tax: $3.64

State Education Tax: $2.46
County Tax: $1.07
The Windham valuation for 2012 is $2,042,007,370 with the tax commitment $46,806,754.
While this year marks a tiny drop from 2011, the rate steadily climbed since 2008.
Five years ago, residents saw a tax rate of $18.00/thousand.
