50-Year-Old Woman Arrested on Cocaine Charge

• Deborah Jean O'Neil, 50, of 11 College Lane, Methuen, MA was arrested on a judge's order and charged with violating her probation on a cocaine possession charge.

Tuesday, Aug. 20

• James Robert Deangelo Sr., 41, of 8 Page St., Kittery, ME was arrested for contempt of court for marital non support.
• Hugo Santo Belo, 32, of 10 773 Sebago Road, North Sebago, ME was arrested on an electronic bench warrant out of Plaistow District Court. The charge was not specified.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

• Caralee Doyle, 41, of 99 Elm St., Apt. #6, Milford was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on a theft charge. 
• Wendy Lee Perkins, 34, of 10 Wyandotte Falls, Apt. #10, Rochester was arrested on a judge's order on a cocaine sales charge. 
• Tara Lynn Senter, 31, of 138 Main St., Plaistow was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on a heroin possession, cocaine possession, operating after suspension and disobeying an officer charges.
• Mesfen Anthony Rowell, 24, of 63 Robert Ave., Apt. #2, Portsmouth was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on an interference with fire alarm charge.

• Brian Charles Leblanc, 28, of 11 Riverdale Ave., Salem was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for trial on a falsifying physical evidence charge.
• Zachary Thomas Grant, 21, of 29L Derryfield Road, Derry was arrested on a judge's order for violation of parole on an Oxycodone possession charge.
• Antoine William Pratt, 20, of 367 Norton Hill Road, Dover Foxcroft, ME was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on an interference with fire alarm charge.

• Joshua Jason Merriam, 25, of 9 Lipman Road, Augusta, ME was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for a final pretrial on a theft charge.
• Anna Marie Smerdon, 44, of 31 Fernwood St., North Andover, MA was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for a hearing on a marijuana possession charge.
