Accident With Serious Injury Reported on Route 111

A motor vehicle accident with serious injury has been reported at the intersection of Routes 111 and 28.

According to reports, the incident took place before 6 p.m. The person is reportedly pinned in the vehicle and responding personnel are checking on a helicopter.

Jaws of life are also reportedly going to work at the scene.

Salem Fire has also responded to the scene. The accident is causing delays in the area and drivers are asked to use caution.
