Boys 55m Dash: 5th place - Derek Gray (12) - 11.59
Girls 400m Dash: 6th place - Kristen Tilley (9) - 1:03.93
Boys 4 x 100m Relay: 7th place - Derek Gray, Kennie Padin, CJay DiPrima, Brandon Dreyfuss - 44.98

We brought a few athletes to this meet because we wanted to compete out of state and take on the best in the MVC and the rest of Massachusetts. We were, by far, the smallest school there. We represented well. This was a loaded field of top Massachusetts sprinters. Derek and Kristen both had strong opening season performances. It's something to base our training off of for the rest of the season.

The 4 x 1 just missed top six placing. Considering we had one practice on our 50 yard turf field, we're all very happy with this performance. The guys know this season is all about finishing unfinished business.

This was just our first meet after 4 weeks of training. We only brought a handful to this meet because it's high powered and it's so early. Those 3 performances are all new school records and legitimate times in the area.

We look forward to getting this season underway. We have a lot of athletes that are new to the sport. They'll learn a lot from the veterans.
