College Fair Scheduled for Today at WHS

1. TODAY'S FORECAST: Although a 50 percent chance of rain is expected this morning, temperatures could reach as high as 69 in Windham today. Expect a low of 47 with showers late tonight.

2. COLLEGE FAIR TODAY: Windham High is hosting a college fair today from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the gymnasium. Open to students, parents and staff. There will be 65 colleges, universities or careers represented.

3. WMS BAND CONCERT: The band will perform in the Windham High School auditorium beginning at 7 p.m.

4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: On this day in 2009, the Honda FCX Clarity, a four-door sedan billed as the planet's first hydrogen-powered fuel-cell vehicle intended for mass production, wins the World Green Car award at the New York Auto Show.

5. CARDINALS ARE CHAMPIONS: For those of you who had the Louisville Cardinals as the NCAA Champions in your 2013 Division I Mens College Basketball bracket, you guessed right this year. The Cardinals knocked out the Michigan Wolverines by a score of 82-76 last night.
