Concord Orthopaedics Donates $10K to NH Food Bank
The Concord Orthopaedics donation to the New Hampshire Food Bank is made in honor of its medical colleagues and patients.
From The New Hampshire Food Bank: The New Hampshire Food Bank, a program of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, recently received a $10,000 donation from Concord Orthopaedics, located in Concord with satellite offices in Derry, New London and Windham. This donation, made in honor of the patients, primary care physicians, nurses, clinical support staff, physical therapists, and other medical personnel that Concord Orthopaedics works with throughout the year, will provide 20,000 meals to the one in nine men, women and children in New Hampshire who are food insecure.
"We feel blessed to be able make a donation to the New Hampshire Food Bank as it plays such a crucial role in the lives of so many people in need,” said Peter Noordsij, MD, chief executive officer of Concord Orthopaedics. “We appreciate the support of our medical colleagues and our patients as they are the ones who help make it possible for us to support great organizations like the Food Bank."
“The New Hampshire Food Bank is extremely grateful to Concord Orthopedics for its support,” said Eileen Groll Liponis, executive director of the New Hampshire Food Bank. “This generous donation will help us continue the fight against hunger throughout the Granite State.”
