DEA Investigating Windham Home Invasion

The Eagle Tribune reported today that the Drug Enforcement Agency is actively investigating yesterday's home invasion in Windham.

The paper also reported that while the property is owned by Charles and Caren Korabek of Oregon, town assessor Rex Norman said they no longer live at the residence and the house is rented.

Windham Police Chief Gerald Lewis confirmed to the paper that police are looking for four armed hispanic males in a silver Chrysler 300 sedan with Florida plates.

late yesterday afternoon. Police were contacted at 7:44 a.m. and responded to Lowell Road, where a woman told responding officials that her boyfriend was being assaulted in their home at 59 Bear Hill Road.

When officers responded to the address, the men had already fled. Police said that nobody was hurt in the incident.
