2. BUDGET PRESENTATION THIS MORNING: Starting at 10 a.m., Gov. Maggie Hassan will present to the Legislature a budget plan for the spending cycle set to begin July 1.

Hassan is expected to build money into that budget for a casino plan, according to reports from WMUR.

3. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY: We wish you a happy Valentine's Day at Windham Patch to you and yours.
