Five Things: Jam-Packed Election Day Edition

Everything you need to know for town meeting.

1. ELECTION DAY FORECAST: Those picketing outside of the polling center today should bring an umbrella, as morning showers are in the forecast with a high of 53. Winds will be swirling at 15 to 25 miles per hour. Rainfall is expected near a half an inch.

Rain is expected to diminish to a few showers late with a low of 37 tonight. Winds will remain around 10 to 20 miles per hour.

2. WHERE AND WHEN CAN I VOTE?: Windham has just one polling location at Windham High School, which will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Results will follow.

4. LAST YEAR IN WINDHAM ELECTIONS: In Windham's 2012 town meeting, two were selected to the Windham School Board out of a massive field of seven candidates. Current board members Michael Joanis and Dr. Jerome Rekart acquired the most votes, officially starting their three-year terms.
