Five Things: Tickets still Available for 'The Nutracker'

3. SCHOOL, TOWN TO START BUDGET TALKS: A Board of Selectmen meeting tonight at 7 p.m. will see a kick-off of town budget discussions. Tomorrow, a 7 p.m. meeting of the School Board will also feature a budget kickoff. Both will take place at the Community Development Department.

4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: On this day in 1789, New Jersey ratifies the Bill of Rights, becoming the first state to do so. New Jersey's action was a first step toward making the first 10 amendments to the Constitution law and completing the revolutionary reforms begun by the Declaration of Independence.
