2. TRANSFER STATION HOURS UP FOR DEBATE: Public input is sought tonight regarding the hours at the Transfer/Recycling station in Windham, which were recently changed this past year. The public hearing will take place at 7 p.m. at the Community Development Department.

4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: Near Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, Orville and Wilbur Wright make the first successful flight in history of a self-propelled, heavier-than-air aircraft.
