2. SELECTMEN TO VOTE ON OBAMA COST: A packed agenda will include a vote from Selectmen on whether to bill the Barack Obama campaign for public safety costs stemming from the President's visit to Windham. The meeting will start at 7 at the Community Development Department.

3. REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION BEGINS: The convention begins today and runs until Aug. 30 in Tampa, Fla. Windham Rep. Donna Mauro will attend as a delegate.
