3. ZBA TO TAKE ON DUNKIN' DONUTS CASE: From the Zoning Board of Adjustment agenda:
"An Appeal of Administrative Decision has been submitted by Cafua Management, LLC, on behalf of the Estate of Ruth I. Bohne, appealing the ZBA/Code Enforcement Administrators position in a July 9, 2012 memo, which was submitted to the Planning Board for Case #2012-21, that a Dunkin Donuts without a drive-thru is in violation of Section 614.2.12 of the Zoning Ordinance."

The meeting will take place at the Community Development Department at 7:30 p.m.
4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: The Democratic National Convention in Chicago endorses the Johnson administration's platform on the war in Vietnam and chooses Vice President Hubert Humphrey as the party's nominee for president. The decision on the party platform resulted in a contentious three-hour debate inside the convention hall.
5. CONFLICT OF INTEREST DECISION COMING: A declaratory judgment on Windham's conflict of interest ordinance passed at town meeting in March will be heard this week in Brentwood.
