2. WINDHAM HEALTH OFFICER NOTICE: The N.H. Department of Health & Human Services has identified West Nile Virus in a mosquito pool in Manchester. 5. 100K TO AURORA VICTIMS: Steve Smith, an NFL wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers, announced yesterday that he will be donating $100,000 to victims of the Aurora, Colo. shooting to cover medical costs.
