2. BREAKING NEWS THURSDAY: Yesterday was bookended by a pair of major breaking news stories in Windham. . after drowning in Canobie Lake. The incident was initially reported as a "near drowning."

3. AUTO SHOW HOSTED BY WINDHAM DI AT WHS THIS WEEKEND: The second annual Car Show and Family Fun Day will take place on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Windham High School. Windham Patch will provide plenty of coverage.

5. HEAT WIN CHAMPIONSHIP: Love it or hate it, but LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat are NBA Champions, blasting through the Oklahoma City Thunder with a 4-1 series victory. The Heat took down game 5 after blowing it open in the third quarter. The final score was 121-106.
