2. DEBATES AT INSTITUTE OF POLITICS CONTINUE: Yesterday, CD-1 candidates Frank Guinta and Carol Shea-Porter debated at St. Anselm College. Today, CD-2 candidates Charles Bass and Ann McLane Kuster will take part in a similar debate. Tomorrow, gubernatorial candidates Maggie Hassan and Ovide Lamontagne will clash.
