Free Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Available

Community Home Solutions offers foreclosure prevention counseling services at no charge to the clients as we are funded by grants. We have helped people from communities all over southeastern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes. Our HUD-certified counselors help our clients navigate the complex mortgage delinquency and foreclosure process and present alternatives to foreclosure such as mortgage modification.
