On Monday July 23th Selectmen Bruce Breton and Joanne Flynn of the Windham Country Club Hosted "Evening With Senator Rausch" with over 100 people attending the event. Senator Jim Rausch was elected in 2010 to represent District 19, which includes Hampstead, Windham, and Derry. In his first term, Senator Rausch was named Chairman of the Transportation Committee, as well as a member of Ways &amp; Means and Capital Budget.  His legislative priorities include: education funding, retirement reform and transportation-related issues in the state. Gubernatorial candidate Kevin Smith also stopped by the event, as well as District 14 State Sen. Sharon Carson, R- Londonderry.
