Improvement From Start to Finish for 10U Softball

The squad finished its season on the weekend of July 28.

From Windham Baseball and Softball League

The softball season for Windham 10U ended the weekend of July 28 with a 3-2 record. It was a great couple of months watching the girl’s overall improvements from the beginning of the season to the end. A true credit to the coaches.

From the parent’s perspective, who were literally out in left field for each game, the accomplishments of the coaching staff deserve the highest praise possible. Chris “the wizard” Williamson, Mike “the magician” Bedient and Sam “the sorcerer” Adolt gave 110%. And we can’t forget Annie “heart of gold” Murphy who coached the girls during practices.

This fantastic group continued to coach the players late in games, regardless of the score. They inspired the girls to play hard and to play with confidence. There was a great mix of instruction while still having fun. They had the uncanny ability to teach the girls the game and sportsmanship.

If your daughter has the opportunity to play for one of these teams next year, your family should take advantage of this program. Moments to be treasured for a lifetime.
