Is a New Dunkin' Donuts Coming to Windham?

5) Design Review. The Design Review subcommittee is scheduled to meet Monday, Aug. 12, at noon in the Community Development Department, to review a proposal to demolish three buildings on land on Range Road and build a building comprised of a Dunkin' Donuts restaurant and two office/retail spaces.
