12:52 a.m. Rachel Driscoll, 39, of 30 Rachel Road in Dracut, Mass. is issued a summons by Shaw's on Indian Rock Road and charged with suspended registration (operating-misd).

4:13 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported by the Country Club on Londonderry Road.

7:15 p.m. Theft is reported at McDonald's on Indian Rock Road.

12:23 p.m. Christopher Joseph Beauregrad, 24, of 30 Harglen Lane in Laconia, N.H. is arrested on Fellow Road and charged on a warrant.
2:02 p.m. Jalil Farhouman, 54, of 111 Locke Drive in Marlboro, Mass. is arrested on Fellows Road and charged with two counts of felon in possession of dangerous weapon.
3:03 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported is reported at Waterhouse Country Store on Mammoth Road.
4:20 p.m. Suspicious activity is reported on Nashua Road and Old Mill Road.
