Windham Rep. Charles McMahon explained the circumstances behind his arrest in a report by <a href="http://www.unionleader.com/article/20121115/NEWS03/121119473&amp;template=mobileart" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">the Union Leader</a> this morning. McMahon told the paper that his son Shane, 23, suffers from Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and became argumentative on Tuesday night. During that argument, McMahon said that Shane called 911 despite there being no emergency, which police confirmed when they arrived at the house. The report went on to say that McMahon was charged with obstructing the report of a crime after his son told police that McMahon told him not to call 911.
