School Deliberative Session Still a Go for Tonight

Inclement weather shifted the annual meetings.

UPDATE: (Sat., 2:43 P.M.): We just spoke with Windham School District Moderator and Town Moderator Pro Tempore Betty Dunn, who tells us that the School District Deliberative Session is still a go for tonight at 7.

The meeting will take place in the Windham High School auditorium.

New dates and times have been scheduled for both the town and school deliberative sessions that were originally scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. tonight and 9 a.m. tomorrow morning.

The following statement was released by Windham School District Moderator and Town Moderator Pro Tempore Betty Dunn:

Because it is now apparent that the weather conditions will cause the roads to be hazardous and unsafe, as School District Moderator, the Windham School District Deliberative Session, presently scheduled for 7:00 pm Friday, February 8, 2013, is postponed and rescheduled to SATURDAY, February 9, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham High School.

Because of the forecasted weather conditions, the Windham Town Deliberative Session, presently scheduled for Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., is postponed and rescheduled to Monday, February 11, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. at the Windham High School.
