New Superintendent, High School Principal and SAU Start Today
The town moves in a new direction as July 1 arrives.

Today is July 1, and that means the official arrival of a new superintendent, high school principal and the long-awaited SAU 95.
Announced in February, Windham's new superintendent will be Winfried Feneberg.
Feneberg, who arrives in town from the Timberlane School District, will take over for Dr. Henry LaBranche, who was serving as acting superintendent for SAU 28.
Feneberg has been working under LaBranche over the past few months to prepare for today.
Also hired to begin his duties today in Windham was Rochester, N.H. assistant principal Greg Kaplan, who has worked at Spaulding High School for the past four years.
Kaplan will take over as Windham High School principal for the departing Tom Murphy, who will head to his alma mater of Billerica, Mass.
Today also marks the official split from the Pelham School District, as Windham will leave SAU 28. Voters approved the split in March 2012.
