Richard A. Miller, 78, of Windham, NH, died Tuesday November 6, 2012 in the Glencliff Nursing Home in Glencliff, NH. He was born in Westbrook, ME on August 18, 1934, a son of the late Rosslyn and Phyllis (Peterson) Miller. A resident of Windham for over 50 years, he formerly lived in Lawrence, MA. Mr. Miller was a US Navy veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Halcyon club in Derry and enjoyed playing golf.
He is survived by his wife Joan A. Miller of Windham; three daughters, Phyllis Miller and (Richard Roy), Cindy Miller and (Brenda Beaulieu), Wendy Polk and (Thomas Polk); as well as three grandchildren, Kara, Joshua, and Michaela.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 8th from 8:30 - 10:30am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Funeral services will follow 10:30am in the funeral home. The burial will be in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy., Boscawen, NH.
