A fundraiser this month in Windham at Calico Kids Day Care and Snow Pond Farm will benefit the Okerman family and Autism Speaks. Ella Okerman, 3-year-old daughter of State Rep. Rick Okerman, died in July at a family party. The fundraiser event, scheduled for Sept. 29-30, will feature old fashioned farm games, face painting, feeding animals, a bake sale, raffles and a variety of other family activities throughout the weekend. 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated. The Saturday portion of the fundraiser will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the Sunday portion scheduled for 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, contact 603-883-7582 or email info@snowpondfarm.com.
