2:12 a.m. Suspicious activity is reported on North Lowell Road.

4:33 p.m. Sam Tucker Burnett, 20, of Golden Brook Road in Windham is charged with theft; motor vehicle parts or accessories, reckless conduct; place another in danger and attempt to commit simple assault.

4:33 p.m. Casey Tanner Burnett, 18, of Golden Brook Road in Windham is charged with theft; motor vehicle parts or accessories, reckless conduct; place another in danger and attempt to commit simple assault.

4:59 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported at Griffin Park on Range Road.

7:07 p.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Meadow Road.

7:46 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported in the Windham High School parking lot on London Bridge Road.

8:04 p.m. Kirk Henry Babineau, 25, of Juniper Road in Windham is charged with second degree assault, two counts of simple assault and prohibited sales; alcoholic beverages.

8:53 p.m. Adam Lee Walker, 26, of Lowell Road in Salem, N.H. is charged with three counts of fradulent use of credit card.

12:21 p.m. Trevor Downs, 20, of Aladdin Road in Windham is charged with conduct after an accident.

12:51 p.m. Sex offenses are reported at Windham High School on London Bridge Road.

1:55 p.m. Theft from motor vehicle is reported at the rail trail on Depot Road.

2:36 p.m. Theft is reported on Horseshoe Road.

4:15 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at the Citizens Bank parking lot on Indian Rock Road.

5:51 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at Shaw's on Indian Rock Road.

9:13 p.m. Suspicious person is reported by Apple Acres on Searles Road.

2:40 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at Windham Center School on Lowell Road.

7:28 p.m. A 15-year-old juvenile is arrested for simple assault and resisting arrest of detention.
