3:05 p.m. Theft is reported in the parking lot of Citizen's Bank on Indian Rock Road.

5:54 p.m. Kenneth C. Dushane, 51, of Edgewood Road in Windham is charged with stalking.

6:00 p.m. Theft is reported at Waterhouse Country Store on Mammoth Road.
