On July 18, the town's Planning Board will take up a preliminary application for a new Dunkin' Donuts located in both the Professional, Business and Techonology District and the Cobbett's Pond and Canobie Lake Watershed Protection District. According to the board's documents, The 8,876-square-foot building would also contain a mix of office and retail uses. The two existing structures on the property, which is located at 43 Range Road, would be demolished. Windham currently has two Dunkin' Donuts in town. One is located on Indian Rock Road close to the town offices, and one located on Rockingham Road, housed inside Oasis Gas &amp; Mini Mart. We want to hear from you.
