Resident Indicted on Sexual Assault Charges

A Windham man was indicted by the Rockingham County grand jury last month.

Jesse Daniel Bauchman, 20, of First St. is facing charges of felonious sexual assault and aggravated felonious sexual assault stemming from a crime allegedly commited in the summer of 2011.

According to Rockingham Superior Court documents, Bauchman knowingly engaged in sexual penetration with the victim, who is listed as being older than 13 and younger than 16 at the time of the alleged incident.

Bauchman is listed on the indictment as having an age difference from the victim of four years or more at the time of the offense.
