Roadwork Delays in Windham?

As the Windham has been focused on improvements to drainage at the town's recreation fields and rail trail, some paving projects have fallen behind.

According to the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune, there have been delays in regular paving, though the town announced earlier this month that it is seeing proposals to pave 10 roads, which Windham Town Administrator David Sullivan told the paper are "smaller roads and they aren’t complete reconstruction.”
