Teen Arrested Near Center School for DWI

FEBRUARY 7, 2013

1:49 p.m. Suspicious activity is reported south on the rail trail, headed toward N. Lowell Road and Depot Road.

3:09 p.m. Suspicious activity is reported at Clifford Jewelers on Indian Rock Road.

7:44 p.m. Douglas lee Desautels, 47, of 1 Mary St. in Windham, N.H. is arrested on Fellows Road and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) and simple assault.

FEBRUARY 8, 2013

8:47 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on North Lowell Road.

12:15 p.m. A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested on Surrey Road and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).

2:01 p.m. Michael Kelleher, 18, of 211 Cart Path Road in Tewksbury, Mass. is arrested near Center School on Lowell Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, transportation of alcohol beverages by minor and conduct after an accident.

3:00 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Mammoth Road at Bridle Bride.

FEBRUARY 9, 2013

2:05 a.m. Missing person is reported on Galway Road.

10:03 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Glance Road.

12:47 a.m. A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested on Briar Road and charged with second degree assault.

2:10 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at Shaw's on Indian Rock Road.

11:57 p.m. Suspicious activity is reported on Kendall Pond Road.
