Strong, blowing gusts of 25 to 35 miles per hour are creating the outages. <a href="http://www.weather.com/weather/today/Windham+NH+03087:4:US" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">An update on Weather.com</a> indicates that some winds could occassionally reach over 40 miles per hour. The estimated time of power restoration is 3:30 p.m.
