Smith Stops By AFP Bus Tour in Windham [VIDEO]
Fresh off the state primary election, the former candidate for governor spoke to residents.
Kevin Smith is still speaking in front of voters despite falling short against Republican opponent Ovide Lamontagne in the Sept. 11 state primary.
His latest stop was A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing, which coincided with a visit from the Americans for Prosperity "Obama's Failing Agenda" national bus tour on Friday.
"I think Ronald Reagan probably summarized it the best when he was running for office in 1980 when he said 'are you better off today than you were four years ago?,'" Smith said. "And using that statement today, unequivically the answer is no."

Smith motioned to the bus when he said that the $16 trillion debt statistic written on the side might need to be changed to $17 trillion by the time the campaign is over.
On a general basis, Smith supported the Republican party when he said that voters need to understand the contrast between gubernatorial candidates Maggie Hassan and Lamontagne.

Windham resident Al Letizio Jr. introduced Smith, speaking in front of the bus to the small group of town officials, political activists and other voters.
"These folks aren't coming out here with a campaign sticker on the side of their bus, they're out here because they're trying to restore us to whatever fundamentals that make our country work," Letizio said of the AFP tour.
The tour is currently hitting states across the country, raising grassroots awareness about what the organization describes as the failures of Obama's presidency.
A green and black bus are also riding to towns in the midwest and west regions.
All three buses will come together for a larger rally in Ohio during the election season.
