What Time is Trick-or-Treating Tonight in Windham?
Here are five things you should know today in Windham.

1. Trick or treat, smell my feet ... Barring unforeseen circumstances (see 2011 & 2012) the 2013 Windham Trick-or-Treat hours take place from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31
2. Unmask the Magic! A dinner, dance and auction benefitting Windham Endowment will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, at 6:30 p.m. at Promises To Keep in Derry. Tickets are $75 for the “Unmask the Magic” event. For more information, call 490-6898 or visit windhamendowment.org.
3. The weatherman says ... Following a foggy morning, there is a 50-percent chance of rain this afternoon with a forecasted high of 61 degrees. Tonight's low dips only to 57 degrees, though the chance for precipitation rises to 70 percent.

4. Help someone stay warm this fall and winter! The Woman’s Club coat and sweater drive is Saturday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m, at Windham Town Hall. Coats and sweaters are needed for men, women and children. Collection boxes also are at Shaw’s and Nesmith Library.
5. Dangers of Agenda 21? Hal Shurtleff, regional field director for The John Birch Society, will speak on the “Dangers of Agenda 21” on Nov. 19. The program begins at 7 p.m. at Nesmith Library, 8 Fellows Road. Call 434-9695 or 857-498-1309 for more information.
