The paper reported that Cody Eller faces up to seven years in prison for charges of second-degree assault and reckless conduct. He also faces a $4,000 fine for each charge. He was accused of veering his Ford Fusion sedan into the passing lane of William Hawksley, a 47-year-old motorcyclist.
