The Eagle Tribune reported today that a 20-year-old Windham man has been found guilty in a road rage case stemming back to May 2011.
The paper reported that Cody Eller faces up to seven years in prison for charges of second-degree assault and reckless conduct. He also faces a $4,000 fine for each charge.
He was accused of veering his Ford Fusion sedan into the passing lane of William Hawksley, a 47-year-old motorcyclist.
