Windham Man Escapes Jail Time After Conviction Overturned
Officer's credibility questioned in 2011 road rage case.

It's been more than two years since Cody Eller was accused of striking and forcing a motorcycle off a road in a reported road rage incident.
Though the Windham man, now 21, was initially convicted in the crime, his lawyers successfully argued that credibility issues surrounding a Pelham police officer were not disclosed before or during trial.
Now, instead of Eller spending the next couple years inside a jail cell, the result of being convicted for second-degree assault and reckless conduct, he'll serve 50 hours of community service and accept a suspended six-month jail sentence, according to the Union Leader.
