Windham Pilates to Celebrate One Year at New Studio

A host of classes and other activities will take place at Windham Pilates & Wellness Center on Sept. 19 as part of the one-year anniversary celebration of the business being in its new studio.

As part of the open house, which will run from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., different yoga and pilates classes willl take place throughout the evening. The classes are meant to be a sampling of what the business has to offer.

The Windham Pilates Facebook page includes a statement on the event:

If you've been wondering if Pilates is right for you, now is the perfect time to come try one of our sample classes! From mat Pilates and yoga classes, to fusion classes that offer the best of both worlds, our certified instructors are the most highly trained and dedicated professionals available.

Please come by and try one of our great sample classes, and if you're already a member, we invite you to try something new or bring a friend to start a workout regimen together for even more fun.

The following classes will be available during the open house:

6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Mat Pilates with Allison
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Yoga with Heidi
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pilates Reformer Demonstration/Trial
6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Kids Yoga with Heather
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. TRX Suspension Training Demonstration/Trial

Raffles with prizes as well as refreshments will also be available.

Business owner Susan McInnis will also stay late after the last class, as the open house coincides with the Golden Brook School open house taking place down the street. She will offer tours of the studio and answer questions.
