The refund is part of the thousands that will be reimbursed to communities.

SAU28 will split $787,791 between Windham and Pelham.
In Salem , the school district will receive $757,172 from the Local Government Center refund while the town will get nothing.
The LGC was ordered to pay back $53.4 million to towns that were overcharged on health and property liability insurance coverage.
Of that $53.4 million, $33.2 million was from HealthTrust, $17.1 million was from the Property-Liability pool siphoned from HealthTrust and $3.1 million was from the Property-Liability for communities that joined the LGC after June 14, 2010.
The report said that Salem will not receive money because it withdrew from the LGC more than a year ago to obtain more cost-effective insurance.
