NEW JERSEY — Home values in more than half of New Jersey's 21 counties are among the highest in the United States, the most recent Zillow data shows.

This data is current through the end of March, so it is current as of April 1. Zillow's "typical home value" represent the values of all properties in the middle third of the market, not just the sale prices.
All of these counties were also among the top five percent of counties with the highest typical home values back in November, and all 11 have moved higher up that list. The biggest mover was Union County, which was at No. 113 last November and has moved up to No. 104 out of the top 150.
