Fast-Moving Storm Headed To NJ
Rain showers are in store for the Garden State Wednesday into Thursday as spring-like temperatures bring warmth.
NEW JERSEY — A fast-moving storm will coat New Jersey in rain Wednesday into Thursday amid warmer, spring-like temperatures, according to the latest forecast.
Mild temperatures Wednesday will give way to rain in the evening and overnight, mostly in North Jersey, National Weather Service forecasters said.
Rain will not be severe, forecasters say, with totals up north expected to be between 0.1 and 0.25 inches.

However, the rain could create some fog and ponding on highways, according to AccuWeatherforecasters. Cold temperatures overnight could also cause some icing.
Warmer weather is in store through the weekend as we reach meteorological spring, March 1. More showers are possible Saturday evening, mostly in northwest Jersey.
