NEW JERSEY - Gusty winds and heavy downpours resulting in localized flash flooding are all possible during another round of storms slated to hit New Jersey on Friday, forecasters said.

Some of the storms, which may linger into the evening, could produce heavy rain, the weather service added. North Jersey is expected to see rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, while South Jersey may only see amounts less than a tenth of an inch (except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms).
