Forecasters Tracking Mid-Week Storm: See Latest NJ Predictions
The "caboose" in a parade of February winter storms is expected to hit NJ Wednesday. Here's what's in store, forecasters say:

NEW JERSEY — The Garden State could see a light dusting of snow Thursday as the "caboose" in a string of February winter storms hits the region, according to the latest forecast.
Early forecasts saw New Jersey getting several inches of snow. But because the storm has taken a more southern track, now most of the state will see less than 1 inch, according to the National Weather Service.
The only exception is the far southeastern corner of the state, which could see 1 to 3 inches of snow.

"Snowfall accumulations in the Northeast, especially in New England, will be heavily dependent on the track of the storm," said AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Kerry Schwindenhammer. AccuWeather had a more generous estimate of snow, predicting 3 to 6 inches across South Jersey. But most of North Jersey will see no snow, according to AccuWeather forecasters.
In the mean time, things will be very cold, with the wind chill Tuesday night in the single digits statewide, according to the National Weather Service.
