The New Jersey women provided the following details to authorities, according to the affidavit:

The first woman, a 24-year-old, told Bristol Township Police and Bucks County Detectives said she met Gallo at a Langhorne restaurant on Dec. 24, 2023, before going to his house.

The woman said Gallo made her a drink in his kitchen while she was playing with his dog. She told investigators that hardly ever drank but finished the drink Gallo provided, which had a sugar rim.

She said the drink made her feel "energetic and calm and cool" and the two engaged in sexual activity, in which she said Gallo was choking her often to the point that he was restricting her airflow. She told him to stop.

The woman left Gallo's house the next day. After that, the woman said she met Gallo several times, bringing him food to work at his construction sites before she tested positive during a job application for multiple substances including cocaine and methamphetamine, court records state.

The second woman, a 29-year-old, said she began talking with Gallo in June 2023 and then met him after. Gallo asked her if she drank wine and the woman was invited to his home.

Gallo gave the woman a tour of his house before pulling a bottle of white wine from his refrigerator. Gallo said he was going to take a shower since he had just finished work.

After the shower, Gallo asked the woman how she was feeling and she said she was aroused. Gallo told her he had some lingerie he bought for his ex-girlfriend that had never worn since they broke up.

Gallo told the woman to put the lingerie on and then asked if she ever had used sex toys, to which the woman responded that she hadn't. The woman agreed to do so since she was "feeling very sexual," the affidavit states.

After having sex for a few hours, the woman asked Gallo if he drugged her and he responded that he put "a Molly in the wine bottle."

In October 2023, the two went camping at Lake Wallenpaupack. On the ride, Gallo asked her to try a new flavor of Mountain Dew. The two had sex in a tent in which the woman said at the time that she "did not have control of her faculties," the affidavit states. She also said Gallo tried to choke her during sex.

After another encounter in which the woman consumed "shrooms," she went to a hospital and tested for methamphetamine and was experiencing psychosis.
