• Law Enforcement Announces Arrest for Carjacking and Kidnapping Incident in Randolph (tapinto.net) — Andover Township police played a key role in safely ending a serious kidnapping and carjacking case that began in Randolph and led officers to Andover, where the suspect was arrested and the victim found restrained but alive. Multiple agencies from Sussex, Morris, and Hudson counties coordinated the search, and prosecutors stress the charges are accusations while the investigation continues.
