ASBURY PARK – New, all hotel, motel and bed-and-breakfast reservations, which were previously suspended since Friday, April 17, 2020, and were able to resume partial occupancy starting June 25, may now resume full occupancy starting Thursday, July 2. As previously mentioned, short-term rentals, such as promulgated through services including AirBNB, VRBO and HomeAway and other vacation rentals, whether online, in-person, by realtor or owner transaction, were able to resume starting June 25, 2020 These policies are per an emergency declaration signed by the city of Asbury Park OEM director on June 26 and are subject to change in accordance with the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic.
