Vacation Rentals, Hotel Reservations To Return In Asbury Park

Vacation rentals, whether online, in-person, by realtor or owner transaction, and which were suspended since April 1, 2020, may resume.

ASBURY PARK – Short-term rentals and other vacation rentals, whether online, in-person, by realtor or owner transaction, and which were suspended since April 1, 2020, may resume starting June 25.

All hotel, motel and bed-and-breakfast reservations, which had been suspended since Friday, April 17, 2020, resumed starting Friday May 15 for guest occupancy beginning June 25, 2020.

Guest occupancy from June 25, 2020 to July 2, 2020 may not exceed 25 percent; guest occupancy for July 3, 2020 to July 31, 2020 may not exceed 50 percent; and full occupancy may resume August 1, 2020.

These policies are per an emergency declaration signed by the City of Asbury Park OEM director on May 14 and are subject to change in accordance with the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic.
